6-Month Warranty

What’s Covered

We cover anything that’s our fault — manufacturing, plating, structure, or craftsmanship issues.

If any issue arises within 6 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

How to Claim

If something goes wrong, here’s how we take care of it.

Email us at support@sucraluxe.com with:

  • Order number / proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and guide you through the pickup/return process for assessment.

Exclusions

Our warranty covers craftsmanship — not misuse.
Here’s what isn’t included:

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Accidental damage, mishandling, or rough use

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals

  • Tarnish caused by improper care

  • Repairs/modifications done outside Sucra

Platform-Specific Terms

  • Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop: Same as Sucra Luxe — 6-month warranty + 8-month buyback.

  • Myntra: Same as Sucra Luxe — 6-month warranty + 8-month buyback.

  • Amazon – Bare by Sucra: 3-month warranty, no buyback.


8-Month Buyback Guarantee

We stand behind the value of every Sucra piece.
After 8 months, if you decide to return your jewelry, we will buy it back and issue a Gift Voucher worth 20% of the original purchase price.

Buyback Conditions

  • Jewelry must be in good, wearable condition

  • No missing stones or major damage

  • Must include original documentation (or digital order confirmation)

  2. Share order details + photos of the item

  3. Our team verifies condition

  4. You ship the item to us

  5. Receive your 20% Gift Voucher once approved
