Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All packaging, jewelry boxes, cards, and tags must be intact

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, email us at returns@sucraluxe.com with your order number and item details.

Once your return request is approved, we will share:

  • A return shipping label, and

  • Instructions on how to send the item back

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


Exchanges

If you need a different item, please:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once accepted, send the item back

  3. Place a fresh order for the new product


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used jewelry

  • Earrings (if worn)

  • Items without original packaging or tag seal

  • Customized or made-to-order products (if explicitly mentioned)


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the return is rejected (due to wear, damage, or missing packaging), the item will be sent back to you.

Bank or card processing times may vary.

COD Orders

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after return approval.
