How It's Made
We don't source our jewellery. We make it.
Cast in recycled brass, plated in 14K, finished and checked by hand — on a manufacturing floor our own people have run for two decades.
Most jewellery brands don't make anything.
They choose from a wholesaler's catalogue, add a name, and mark it up. The piece existed before the brand did.
Sucra runs the other way around. We came from the workshop floor — the manufacturing came first, the label came after. Every piece in every drop is made to our own spec, on equipment we run, by people we know by name.
This page isn't here to call us luxury. It's here to show you the work is real.
Twenty years of manufacturing, before a single piece carried our name.
For two decades, the people behind Sucra have done one thing — manufacture jewellery. Casting, plating, finishing, at scale, to standards that don't bend. Sucra is the label they finally built for themselves. The same hands. The same standards. One name on the box.
Four steps. Every one of them, here.

It starts as recycled brass
Every piece begins as recycled brass — melted down, then cast. No virgin metal, ever. It comes off the mould as a tree: dozens of pieces on a single stem, cut free one by one. Nothing is bought ready-made. It begins here, as raw metal.

Plated in 14K — multi-layer
Then it's plated: multi-layer 14K electroplating. Not a flash coat sprayed on to photograph well, but real layers, built up, so the colour holds through years of daily wear. It's the step most brands never watch happen. We watch every rack.

Finished by hand
Every piece is finished by hand, under magnification — for the faults a machine slides past. A clasp that catches. A join that isn't smooth. A curve that sits a degree wrong. Slow work. Deliberately so.

Checked. Every piece.
Nothing leaves on trust. Every single piece is inspected by hand before it's boxed — held, turned, looked at properly. Not one sample pulled from the batch. The exact piece that arrives with you.
Made because someone wanted it.
We produce in short runs, to order — no overproduction, no dead stock, no warehouse of pieces that won't sell. Recycled brass in. Nothing wasted.
Because we make it, we can stand behind it.
Worn. Not saved.
Sucra was never made for the occasion. It's made for the woman who doesn't stop — worn on a Tuesday, not kept for the wedding. Made to be worn every day. Made well enough to take it.
