Incorrect Address or Delivery Attempt Failures

Delivery timelines typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes (if applicable) are not included in our prices.
These charges, if levied by your country, must be paid by the recipient.
Sucra is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities.

All international orders include end-to-end tracking.

Restrictions

Some countries may restrict the import of jewelry or metal-plated accessories.
If an order is held, returned, or rejected by customs, the customer is responsible for any fees incurred.

Returns
