Textured Oval Link Necklace
Textured Oval Link Necklace. Hammered oval links with ridges and irregular planes.
Each link is hammered individually, creating subtle ridges and irregular planes that scatter light differently from every angle. The texture gives it a raw, organic quality closer to a vintage gold chain than a polished modern one. Falls at the collarbone at 9.20 grams with visible, tactile weight.
The same chain runs at the wrist as the Textured Oval Link Bracelet. Part of Drop 05, The Chain.
How to wear it
Solo over a crew neck for texture contrast. Layer with smoother chains like the Twist Snake or Wheat Chain to play rough against smooth. Pairs well with unstructured fabrics like linen and draped silk.
